Booking Fee

• A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This confirms your time in my diary and allows me to begin working on your custom design or prepare your chosen flash design.

• The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your tattoo on the day.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received and appointments are offered on a first come first serve basis.

• Booking fees can be transferred once to a new date with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in the loss of the booking fee.​

Appointments & Studio

• You must be 18 or over and bring valid photo ID to your appointment i.e. passport, driving license or Post Office PASS card which costs only £15 - Click here for more info on Pass Cards

• Please arrive on time, sober, and in good health. No children or anyone under 18 are permitted in the studio.

• I ask that all enquiry and booking and medical forms are completed honestly.

• Please let me know in advance if you plan to use numbing cream.

Design & Revisions

• All tattoos are custom (except flash designs) which are designed specifically for you.

• Your booking includes up to two small design revisions, such as minor layout or detail adjustments. Larger changes or complete redraws may require additional time, cost or a rescheduled appointment, this will always be discussed with you beforehand.

• Designs are usually shared within the week leading up to your appointment.

Touch-ups

• Due to the nature of fine line tattooing 1 complimentary touch-up is offered within 8 weeks of your appointment, if needed.

• Touch-ups outside of this timeframe, or required due to improper aftercare, may be charged at a minimum rate of £50 per hour.

• Touch-ups on the hands & fingers, feet & toes will always be charged at minimum rate due to high friction and movement of the area. I will always advise clients of the healing issues with hands and feet before booking.

Aftercare

• Aftercare instructions will be provided on the day and should be followed carefully.

• Fine line tattoos are delicate by nature and heal differently on every body, softening over time is completely normal and part of the natural tattoo healing process.​
