Booking Info & Studio Policies

Please take a moment to read through the following before booking.
By confirming your appointment, you agree to these policies.

Appointments & Studio

  • Strictly 18+ only. Please bring valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or Post Office PASS card).

  • Please arrive on time, sober, and in good health, ready for your experience.

  • For health and safety reasons, I do not tattoo clients who are breastfeeding.

  • The studio is a calm, focused environment—no under 18s are permitted.

  • All enquiry, booking, and medical forms must be completed with honesty and care.

  • If you feel more comfortable bringing support, one guest is welcome—just let me know in advance so I can prepare the space for you.

  • Numbing cream: I prefer to work with untreated skin, as it allows the ink to settle more beautifully. If you do choose to use it, please let me know ahead of time and apply it as directed before your appointment.

Health Conditions

  • Please share any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may influence your tattoo or healing. This allows me to create safely and with intention.

Booking Fee

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

  • This fee confirms your place in my diary and allows me to begin designing your tattoo.

  • The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo.

  • Appointments are only confirmed once the booking fee has been received and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Booking fees may be transferred once to a new date with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.

  • Missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations will result in the loss of your booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to secure a new appointment.

Designs & Revisions

  • All tattoos (excluding flash designs) are custom and created especially for you.

  • Your booking includes up to two small revisions (e.g. minor layout or detail changes).

  • Larger changes or complete redesigns may require additional time, cost, or a rescheduled appointment—this will always be discussed with you beforehand.

  • Designs are typically shared within the week leading up to your appointment.

Tattoo touch up's

  • Due to the nature of fine line tattooing, a touch-up may sometimes be needed. Touch-ups are free of charge and should be booked no sooner than 4 weeks after your original appointment.

  • Touch-ups required due to improper aftercare will be charged for.

  • Touch-ups on hands, fingers, feet, and toes are always chargeable due to the nature of these areas and how they heal. I will always discuss this with you before booking.

Aftercare

  • Aftercare instructions will be provided on the day and should be followed carefully.

  • Fine line tattoos are delicate and heal differently on every body. Softening over time is completely natural and part of the healing process.
