Pre-Tattoo Guide

Getting tattooed is exciting! To help your session go smoothly and your new tattoo heal beautifully, here’s how to prepare:

The Day Before

  • Hydrate well – drink plenty of water.

  • Moisturise your skin – healthy, hydrated skin takes ink better.

  • Avoid alcohol & drugs – they thin your blood and affect healing.

  • Rest – a good night’s sleep helps your body cope better.

On the Day

  • Eat a good meal before your appointment (don’t come on an empty stomach).

  • Wear comfy clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed.

  • Bring snacks & water if it’s a longer session.

  • Arrive clean – freshly showered, no heavy lotions or fake tan on the area.

  • No alcohol, drugs, or hangovers – you may be refused your session.

Please Avoid

  • Sunburn, cuts, or damage to the area.

  • Shaving at home (we’ll take care of that if needed).

  • Bringing a crowd – one calm friend is okay, but space is limited.

Tattoos are a collaboration. Come relaxed, trust the process, and we’ll create something beautiful together.
